Cam Bank,Cajastur,Caja Extremadura and Caja Cantabria are merging to form the third largest saving bank in Spain after La Caixa and Caja Madrid.The new bank will have €135 billion in assets,2,300 offices and 14,000 employees making it the fifth largest financial institution in the Spain.
