Unlike some of our competitors  we don’t offer subsidized or “FREE?” viewing trips.WHY?

Nothing in life is FREE so you have to pay for it somewhere along the line and this is usually in the amount of commission added to the sellers price, somebody has to pay for the expenses of the people who don’t buy so guess who that is……. The people who DO buy by paying more for the property than they need to!

What we can do for you is to assist in the arrangements of flights and accommodation to make your stay on the Costa Blanca more enjoyable whilst viewing property, with no obligation to purchase a property with us.

If you do purchase a property through us then we will refund the cost of the accommodation if we book it for you.
